Dressing:
1 ½ Cup peanut oil
½ Cup rice vinegar
¼ Cup soy sauce
1 lime juiced
1 ½ tsp. Minced garlic
1 T minced ginger
¾ Cup green onion minced
1 ½ Tbls. Fermented black beans (soak in Hot water 20 minutes and drain)
