½ C. Sweet Butter
1 C. Water
1 C. Flour
4 Eggs

Bring Water & Butter to a boil. Add Flour all at once, blend well. Whisk in eggs one at a time.

Pipe through a pastry bag and make 1" round circles or dollop 1 Tbls. of mixture on a parchment lined cookie sheet and bake 25 minutes at 350°
