Crème Brulee

2 cups Cream
4 yolks
½ C. Sugar
¼ cup C. Other (Pumpkin)

Scald cream, pour over beaten eggs and sugar, add other liquid, and pour into ramekins and bake in Bain Marie (water bath) for 30 minutes. Cool

* Put sugar on top and Brulee under broiler or with a torch until caramelized and crunchy
