1 cup red wine
¼ cup olive oil
3 TBLS chopped oregano
2 TBLS minced garlic
2 tsps red wine vinegar
4 TBLS honey
salt and cracked pepper
Mix marinade leaving out the honey. Marinate lamb for 2 to 8 hours. Turn the lamb to evenly marinate.
Add honey, salt and pepper and coat lamb well.
Grill lamb to desired temperature while basting with marinade.
Reduce marinade in sauce pan until thick and glaze lamb.
Serve with lemon wedges.
