Lemon Sponge Cake

1 Cup flour
1 Cup sugar
Juice & zest of 1 lemon
6 eggs separated
1 tsp. Vanilla

1. Whisk yolks with lemon and vanilla.
2. Whip whites slowly, adding sugar
3. Fold whites and yolks together
4. Sift in flour
5. Bake in parchment lined sheet pan at 325° for 15 minutes
